Overview

Granola is seeking a GTM Systems Lead to join the team in London, United Kingdom. This position involves owning the technology, data foundation, and technical architecture that the commercial team relies on as the company scales. The role focuses on designing and evolving the go-to-market stack, ensuring reliable data flow, and building systems that support Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.

Requirements

Applicants should possess relevant hands-on experience designing, building, and owning systems for a growing commercial team. Candidates need sound judgement regarding system architecture, build-versus-buy decisions, and technical depth that goes beyond standard tool administration. This includes experience building integrations, working with APIs, webhooks, and code, with knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript considered useful. Furthermore, applicants must understand CRM data models, routing, enrichment, and the operational work required for reliable data flow. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
