Senior Project Manager

Overview

Cognite operates in the field of industrial digitalization, developing AI and data solutions designed to accelerate digital transformation. The organization is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, also referred to as a Deployment Strategist, to own customer problem-solving and deliver promised value. This role serves as the connection between business objectives and technical delivery teams, taking accountability for scoping value, defining releases, steering delivery, and driving post-launch adoption.

Requirements

Applicants must have five or more years of experience in customer-facing delivery, program management, or technical advisory roles for enterprise software or data and artificial intelligence platforms. Candidates need a proven track record of managing complex and ambiguous engagements to achieve measurable customer outcomes, alongside comfort with technical subjects such as data platforms, integration, cloud, analytics, and artificial intelligence or machine learning. The position requires executive-level communication skills, a strong command of agile and iterative delivery, backlog prioritization, and scope management. Furthermore, applicants must be fluent in English, with French language skills considered an advantage, and must be willing to travel to customer sites up to fifty percent of the time.
