Senior Customer Success Manager

Overview

Cato Networks is offering a position for a Senior Customer Success Manager based in London, United Kingdom, to serve the UK and Ireland region. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to top customers from the initial deployment stage throughout their journey to renewal, supporting customer adoption and expansion, and leading post-sales operations such as quarterly business reviews, maturity assessments, renewals, and upsells.

Requirements

Applicants need a minimum of five years of experience, ideally in a customer success or sales role at a high-growth software-as-a-service or technology vendor. Candidates must possess experience working with networking or security software solutions, along with a solid technology background that includes hands-on experience in domains such as routing, switching, software-defined wide area networking, firewalls, proxies, secure web gateways, identity management, threat protection, load balancing, networking protocol analysis, and wide area networks.

The position requires excellent customer communication, presentation, and listening skills, the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be comfortable working within a geographically distributed team and willing to travel up to twenty-five percent of the time.
