Senior Customer Success Engineer, French Speaking

Overview

Mitti is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer with French-speaking capabilities for a full-time position based remotely in the United Kingdom. This role unlocks technical value for customers by designing and implementing solutions that ensure deep platform integration and measurable operational outcomes. The position bridges the gap between Go-to-Market teams and Product, Design and Engineering by owning the end-to-end delivery of integration offerings within defined scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a background spanning software development and data analytics. Required technical skills include the proven ability to design and implement data solutions by writing SQL queries, modelling relational databases, and translating raw data into insights. Candidates should be comfortable building across scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Golang to automate workflows and extend platform capabilities. Additional technical requirements include the ability to navigate enterprise system architectures, data models, and integration patterns, as well as confidence in reading API documentation and troubleshooting API integrations in enterprise environments.

Behavioural and AI skills include the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, manage high-volume concurrent workloads, solve customer problems with a customer-first mindset, and operate self-directionally amidst ambiguity. Candidates must be proficient in using AI tools to accelerate integration work, draft technical specifications, analyse customer data, and apply AI coding assistants for day-to-day work while evaluating code for quality, correctness, and security.
