Senior Category Manager, Home EU

Overview

Quince is seeking a Senior Category Manager to join the team and manage the end-to-end product strategy for designated Home categories in the European market. This position holds full accountability for assortment curation, product launches, revenue generation, margins, and long-term category growth. The role is based in one of the company offices located in London, Madrid, or Berlin, with an in-office requirement of four days per week from Monday through Thursday.

Who can apply

Candidates for this position should possess eight to ten years of retail merchandising or buying experience specifically within home categories, accompanied by a demonstrated history of owning category performance. Preferred backgrounds include direct-to-consumer or e-commerce experience, along with a bachelor degree. Applicants must show a proven track record of career progression and continuous growth in responsibilities, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
