Senior AI GTM Engineer, AI and Applications

Overview

Relex is hiring a Senior AI GTM Engineer, AI and Applications to join the Sales division's GTM AI team. The role is based in London, United Kingdom. The position involves owning Claude and AI applications outside of Salesforce, building the AI that sellers use daily, determining architectural direction, and developing applications as part of a team.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least five years of software building experience, which includes significant experience building production AI applications or agents. Strong knowledge of TypeScript or Python is required, alongside experience with APIs, OAuth, identity, webhooks, and Model Context Protocol. Candidates need hands-on experience integrating with systems of record like Salesforce through APIs and permission models, as well as cloud hosting covering deployment, secrets, and monitoring. Experience handling data protection such as permissions and data residency is also required, along with clear writing skills and a record of executing tasks through unmanaged teams. Additional advantages include experience with Claude plugins, skills, hooks, Claude Code, Anthropic API or Agent SDK, Salesforce development, sales tools, and a background in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain.
