Product Manager

Overview

Nexcade is hiring a full-time Product Manager to work onsite in London, United Kingdom. The company is developing an agentic operating system for logistics operators and freight forwarders. The role involves working closely with customers, design partners, and engineering to own product outcomes, direct product expansion across the shipment lifecycle, and shape the company's AI platform.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience owning meaningful product work in a complex business-to-business product and demonstrating how decisions altered customer behavior or business results. Applicants need technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and understand trade-offs across architecture, AI, data, and integrations. The position requires strong product judgement, high agency, directness, and the ability to turn complex workflows into simple and trustworthy products.
