Product Management Director – Soft FM & Estates (UK)

Overview

The Product Management Director for Soft FM and Estates will lead a product suite focused on space management and Soft FM services, which include cleaning standards, portering, and catering. These products are utilized daily primarily across the United Kingdom healthcare market. The position involves guiding strategic direction and driving the next level of growth for the portfolio. This is a remote role that requires periodic travel to London and Kraków approximately every two to four weeks.

Who can apply

Applicants must possess at least five years of experience in product management, with ideally three of those years in business-to-business software as a service, though strong business-to-consumer experience in facilities management, healthcare, or an adjacent domain is also considered. Candidates need a minimum of two years of experience leading a team as a people manager. Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above, both written and spoken, is required.

Requirements

Candidates must have demonstrable experience leading a team or product area through real change, applying artificial intelligence within product development using artificial intelligence-powered tooling, and leading product discovery across multiple methods to translate insights into validated roadmaps. Strong commercial awareness, data fluency, and excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences are required. Additional preferred qualifications include experience working in empowered product triads with engineering and design, experience in healthcare or the United Kingdom market including the National Health Service, and familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments.
