Principal Cinematic Producer - Production

Overview

Firesprite is seeking a Principal Cinematic Producer to join the team as part of the PlayStation Studios family. This position involves overseeing the cinematic pipeline from initial data ingest to final delivery for video games. The work is structured for remote participants with occasional travel required to the United Kingdom office and to UK-based shoots when possible.

Requirements

Applicants need a minimum of two years of games industry experience within an internal development environment in a Cinematic Production leadership role. Candidates must have shipped at least one PC or console title serving as a Senior Producer or Lead Producer. Additional qualifications include an excellent understanding of cinematic pipelines, the ability to build and maintain data-driven timelines, and experience planning and working on motion capture shoots. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as JIRA is necessary, alongside skills in troubleshooting production challenges and adapting processes to address new scopes or feedback.
