Requirements

Applicants need five or more years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration within a fast-growing company. Candidates must possess exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills in managing high volumes of employee lifecycle activities, and experience working as a power user with HR systems.

The role requires strong organizational and prioritization abilities to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously while working comfortably in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Individuals should demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong written documentation skills for creating repeatable operational procedures, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Experience building agents or agentic workflows as part of People processes is considered a plus.

What You Do

The People Operations Specialist reports to the People Operations and People Program Lead and collaborates with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal, and Finance. Responsibilities include executing and continuously improving core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle and managing the day-to-day administration of onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave processes, and organizational updates.

Additional duties involve preparing documentation and employee records, maintaining high-quality data accuracy, building and maintaining scalable operating procedures, and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, countries, and time zones. The specialist will identify operational inefficiencies, partner with People Tech to prepare workflows for automation, support international expansion and acquisitions, and help establish operational metrics.
