Lendable is hiring an Operations Investigations Graduate to join its operations department in London. This graduate position offers an opportunity to start a career in financial services operations by focusing on handling and resolving customer complaints. The role involves managing a personal caseload across loan, credit card, and auto-finance products while receiving structured training, coaching, and feedback.

You will work within the Operations Team and report directly to a Complaints Manager. The position includes comprehensive training in areas such as the regulatory framework for complaints, investigation techniques, decision making and redress, customer communication, and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Requirements

Applicants must be educated to degree level and possess exceptional written communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate an aptitude for investigation, analysis, problem-solving, and dispute resolution, alongside strong organization and self-management abilities. The role requires sound judgment, a strong moral compass, resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn regulatory rules such as FCA regulations and DISP complaint handling guidelines. No prior complaints experience is required.
