Overview

Harmattan AI is hiring an IT Support Apprentice based in Paris, France. This apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to serve as the local first point of contact for colleagues in the Paris office, managing everyday technical requests and supporting company growth.

Who can apply

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an IT-related program such as a BTS, engineering school, or university. Candidates should possess a strong sense of service, a welcoming attitude, rigor in following procedures, a genuine interest in IT and AI, and a commitment to the company mission. Professional proficiency in English at a B2 minimum is required. Prior IT experience is not required but is considered a plus.

The position is offered as an intern contract in Paris, France. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a good understanding of IT fundamentals, including laptop configuration and basic troubleshooting, along with basic development skills. The role requires following standard operating procedures, logging and tracking requests in a ticketing system, preparing and deploying equipment, and handling employee onboarding and offboarding.
