Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate people leadership experience that develops engineers, sets expectations, and addresses performance issues, alongside readiness for formal line management. You need strong engineering foundations and experience in either signal or power integrity, with enough understanding of the other discipline to challenge approaches. The role requires experience coordinating specialist engineering delivery, including estimates, work allocation, dependencies, and capacity in partnership with programme management. Additional expectations include clear cross-disciplinary communication, first-principles reasoning, and an understanding of simulation, measurement, and correlation.
