AI Deployment Strategist - End-of-studies internship (2K€/month)

Overview

Vocca is offering a six-month end-of-studies internship for an AI Deployment Strategist based in Paris, France. The role sits within the Operations team, which is responsible for bringing client accounts live, managing kick-offs, configuration, telephony, training, go-live, and handing over accounts to Account Management. The organization develops AI voice agents designed for healthcare providers to answer patient calls, schedule appointments, and manage reminders.

Requirements

Applicants must be seeking a six-month end-of-study internship under an internship agreement, possess fluent French language skills for daily communication with French medical teams, and bring prior client-facing or project experience from an internship, consulting role, association, or student job where they delivered initiatives end-to-end. Candidates should also be comfortable quickly learning, testing, and debugging tools without requiring a technical degree.

What you get

The internship provides a monthly compensation of 2000 euros. Additional benefits include working at least three days a week in the Paris offices, a provided MacBook, meal vouchers worth 9 euros per working day with 55 percent company coverage, 50 percent coverage of the Navigo public transport pass, annual offsite events, and team gatherings throughout the year. Successful interns may have the opportunity to join the company as a full-time AI Deployment Strategist.

How to apply

The hiring process consists of a 30-minute introductory video call with a member of the Deployment team, an on-site one-hour case study involving 15 minutes of preparation followed by a presentation and client role-play, and a final 30-minute interview with the Head of Operations. The entire process is designed to be completed within 30 days, accompanied by continuous feedback.
