Overview

Vocca offers a 6-month full-time end-of-studies internship for a Care Operations Strategist based in Paris, France. The organization builds AI voice agents for healthcare providers to manage patient calls, appointment scheduling, and reminders. The intern will join the Customer Experience team within Operations, reporting to the CX Manager, and work closely with product and tech teams to handle user support, build customer resources, and scale internal processes.

Who can apply

Candidates must be available for a 6-month full-time internship requiring an internship agreement. Applicants need fluent written French to communicate daily with French medical teams and must be comfortable using or quickly learning digital tools such as Notion, Intercom, and Claude. A technical background is not required. While previous experience in customer support, customer success, or operations, as well as an interest in healthcare or AI, are considered helpful, they are not strictly mandatory.
