Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager, Architecture to join its Technology practice. The role is based in London, United Kingdom, and involves leading architecture work, navigating AI-enabled change for clients, creating commercial opportunities, and mentoring team members. Requirements

Applicants must have experience leading architecture work within complex technology-enabled change with a strong delivery focus. This includes background in both enterprise and solution architecture, translating strategy into target architectures and roadmaps, and covering broad architecture domains with deep expertise in at least one. Candidates need cloud experience across XaaS offerings, cloud-native services, and hybrid solutions, as well as a practical understanding of AI and its architectural considerations. Additional requirements include a history of contributing to proposals or account growth, project and team ownership abilities, excellent communication skills for various stakeholder levels, and a collaborative style.
