Account Manager, Client Development & Renewals

Overview

SentinelOne is seeking an Account Manager for Client Development and Renewals in Europe. In this growth-first position, you will own a portfolio of existing customer accounts and manage a dual quota encompassing renewal retention and expansion bookings. Your focus will be on keeping renewals healthy while proactively growing the base through consultative upsell and cross-sell discussions.

Requirements

Candidates must have three to five years of experience in renewals, account management, or a customer-facing sales role involving upsell and cross-sell closing experience, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity. Applicants should demonstrate a history of meeting or exceeding quota while driving net revenue retention above 100 percent. Essential qualifications include practical experience in consultative upsell and cross-sell motions, identifying and closing whitespace within an existing customer base, and negotiating with senior buyers across multi-stakeholder discussions. Additionally, candidates need a risk-aware instinct for detecting early indicators of churn or downgrade, alongside strong forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ or quoting tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.
