The organization seeks an IT Support Specialist to own and resolve technical support requests end-to-end, diagnose hardware and software issues, and manage tickets in Jira Service Desk or Fresh Service. The role involves providing remote and on-site support across enterprise systems, leading device configuration and lifecycle management, maintaining asset accuracy, and setting up meeting rooms and audiovisual infrastructure. Additionally, the position supports onboarding and offboarding, documents knowledge, and recommends process improvements.
Requirements
Applicants need three or more years of hands-on corporate IT support experience and solid familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, MS Defender, and endpoint management. Candidates must understand ITSM principles, work within SLA-driven environments, and support hybrid Windows and macOS setups. The role requires an ownership mindset, independent working capability, clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. High-growth or scaling experience, basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Bash, security tool familiarity, and compliance awareness regarding standards like ISO and GDPR are considered positive attributes.
