Overview

Scoreplay is seeking a Head of People for its Paris office. The organization builds AI-powered media infrastructure for sports, automating content operations for leagues, competitions, teams, and broadcasters worldwide. The role involves managing workforce operations for a growing team spread across locations such as New York and Paris, collaborating directly with the CEO and Head of Ops, and shaping international scaling strategies.

Requirements

Applicants should have eight or more years of progressive experience in People Operations, People Strategy, HRBP, or related roles within high-growth tech companies. Candidates must possess proven ability to design and implement frameworks in areas such as compensation, job leveling, performance management, calibration, talent development, or organizational design. Prior managerial experience leading a small People or HR team is required, along with strong analytical skills and comfort operating in a hands-on, fast-moving organization.
