Head of Demand Generation
Overview
The Head of Demand Generation role at N8N involves owning and scaling the end-to-end demand engine that converts the builder community and product-led growth motion into a high-performance pipeline for mid-market and enterprise segments. The primary goal is to design and lead acquisition, activation, and expansion programs across all channels using strong analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include driving pipeline creation targets across paid media, SEO, content, events, account-based marketing, and partner co-marketing. The position also manages full-funnel experiences from website conversion rate optimization to trial activation and enterprise nurture, runs account-based marketing programs for top accounts, and executes experimentation programs on messaging, pricing, and conversion flows. Furthermore, the role involves team leadership as a player-coach for a growing group of full-time employees and agencies, alongside managing the demand technology stack in collaboration with RevOps.
Requirements
Applicants must have 8 to 12 or more years of B2B demand generation leadership experience owning pipeline targets in high-growth B2B software as a service environments. Required qualifications include data and attribution fluency with multi-touch attribution, forecasting, and customer acquisition cost payback optimization. Candidates must also demonstrate experience in account-based marketing and funnel strategy targeting enterprise accounts, natural collaboration skills working alongside sales teams, player-coach leadership history managing demand teams and agencies, and technical audience empathy to speak credibly to DevOps, IT, and SecOps buyers.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in community-led or open-source go-to-market environments, partner co-marketing campaigns with marketplaces or tech ecosystems, modern martech hands-on work with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, product usage signals, and warehouse-native reporting, as well as field and event go-to-market execution in European and United States markets. Visa sponsorship may be available for Germany for suitable candidates.
