Europe Strategy & Operations Director

Overview

Faire is hiring a Europe Strategy & Operations Director to drive growth and performance across its European and international business from its London office. This is a player-coach position combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. The role involves connecting product and go-to-market efforts through analytics and customer insights, coaching a small team of individual contributors, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

What you get

The position offers a base salary range of 141000 to 193500 GBP per year, along with eligibility for equity and comprehensive benefits. The work mode is hybrid, requiring employees to work from the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flexible day chosen between Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Hybrid employees also have the flexibility to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Applicants must have eight or more years of experience in consulting, finance including investment banking or private equity, or analytical business operations roles. Candidates are required to have experience managing and developing people, as well as some experience partnering with go-to-market and product teams. Additional qualifications include strong creative problem-solving skills, analytical proficiency with SQL knowledge or the willingness to learn it quickly, solid product and business intuition, and a resourceful execution mindset.
