Commercial Legal Counsel (Contractor)

Overview

Liftoff is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to support the in-house legal department, along with the Commercial, Finance, and Accounting teams worldwide. The role focuses on assisting with insertion orders, third-party agreements, and other legal needs to ensure the smooth execution of contracts. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, maintaining a contract ticketing system, tracking milestones, handling compliance matters, improving contract templates, and providing training to employees on contract best practices.

Who can apply

Candidates must have four to eight years of post-qualification experience and a bachelor degree in law or a related field. Applicants need proven experience as a legal or contracts counsel, a strong grasp of contract law and legal terminology, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in contract management software. Prior experience in ad-tech is considered a plus.
