Bixal is seeking a UX Designer/Researcher to join its Client Delivery department, supporting the General Services Administration Regulatory Information Service Center. This full-time role involves supporting teams that maintain existing federal regulatory information systems like RegInfo.gov and ROCIS, as well as developing a modern replacement platform. Responsibilities include conducting generative and evaluative research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and translating findings into design recommendations while applying accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508.
