Associate Implementation Consultant

Overview

Snyk is hiring an Associate Implementation Consultant to join the Customer Solutions team in an early-career position based at the London Office in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on helping enterprise customers begin using the Snyk platform after a sale is completed. The position involves supporting and delivering onboarding engagements, configuring the platform across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle, and working alongside customer development and security teams.

Requirements

Applicants need one or more years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, technical support, or another customer-facing technical role, or equivalent hands-on experience through internships or relevant projects. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of modern DevOps practices and the software development lifecycle, alongside familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes. Additional qualifications include the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects, clear written and verbal communication skills, a customer-first collaborative approach, and working fluency with AI-assisted tools like Claude or Gemini.
