Requirements
Applicants need 4 to 6 years of experience in technical program management, quality assurance management, or AI and machine learning product operations focused on system reliability and evaluation. Candidates should possess strong operational knowledge of AI and large language model testing methodologies, prompt evaluation, intent recognition accuracy, and AI safety guardrails. Additional requirements include a proven ability to analyze AI logs and leverage analytics tools, an exceptional track record of bridging technical engineering teams with business stakeholders, and a deep interest in online travel and consumer-facing AI interactions. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with modern large language model evaluation tools, annotation platforms, or customer service artificial intelligence tools, along with a background in travel technology, e-commerce marketplaces, or fast-scaling consumer platforms.
