Working Student Product Operations (m/f/d)

Overview

Appinio is hiring a Working Student Product Operations based in Hamburg, Germany. The role supports the daily operations of the Appinio mobile app to ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience, working closely with the Product Management team to identify and resolve user issues, monitor app quality, and support community operations.

Who can apply

Candidates must be currently enrolled at a university with at least one year of studies remaining and be based in Germany. Applicants should have a strong interest in mobile apps, product management, product operations, and user experience, along with a good understanding of mobile applications and common user issues. Ideal candidates have initial experience in customer support, manual app testing and bug reproduction, mobile app operations, quality assurance, or product-related work, and have ideally worked with spreadsheets or reporting tools to track operational work and issues.

Requirements

Applicants need to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working through tasks in a structured way while handling operational tasks, recurring processes, and repetitive work with high accuracy. Strong communication skills are required to clearly describe issues and observations. Candidates must also be proactive, reliable, possess a high sense of ownership, and be capable of making judgment calls within clear guidelines. Applications must be submitted in English.
