(Senior) Product Manager - Customer Taxation (m/f/d)

Overview

Raisin is a global savings and investment platform connecting consumers with partner banks in the EU, the UK, and the US. The platform manages over 80 billion euros in assets for more than one million investors. The Customer Taxation Team designs how tax works within tax-advantaged products, calculates and withholds tax on returns, processes tax exemption orders, and delivers annual tax documents and statutory reports required by authorities. As a Senior Product Manager for Customer Taxation, you will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Country Management, Product Operations, Customer Service, Data, and external banking partners.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to applicants with three or more years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products such as back-end, platform, or data-heavy services. Candidates must have experience leading cross-functional product teams, launching products or taking them into new markets, and applying strong analytical skills. Applicants need a strong work ethic, curiosity about tax, the ability to learn fast and accept feedback, and clear written English communication skills. Experience in regulated fields such as banking, payments, insurance, or tax technology, knowledge of specific tax regimes or statutory reporting like CRS, and experience building tools for operations or customer service teams are considered beneficial.

Requirements

The role requires managing a regulated domain end to end by defining visions and roadmaps with leadership from discovery to delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring calculation, document, and reporting stability with engineering teams, maintaining accuracy with legal and compliance guidelines, shaping tax propositions for new markets and products, and translating complex rules into simple customer experiences. You must hit unmovable deadlines for annual tax documents and statutory reports, monitor data quality, prevent errors, maintain intuitive self-service features for exemption orders, and provide tools for customer service teams.
