Requirements

Applicants ideally bring proven experience as a product manager with a track record of localising complex software products for international markets, alongside an ability to build and maintain relationships with business-to-business clients throughout the product lifecycle. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the end-to-end energy lifecycle in a European context, a focus on retailer commercial operations, and direct experience with specific European energy markets and regulatory frameworks. The role requires an exceptional ability to translate abstract regulatory text or client requirements into actionable development requirements, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple services or domains, and communication skills to articulate technical and market complexities to various stakeholders. Additional factors that set applicants apart include hands-on experience with the French or Belgian energy retail markets, proficiency in a second relevant European language such as French, experience with large-scale data migration and integration projects involving legacy billing systems, and a background in energy commercial operations or regulatory affairs within a European energy retailer.
