Overview

Raisin, a savings and investment platform founded in 2012 that connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US, is looking for a Working Student in Deposit Integration Operations in Berlin. The company employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries, and its platform holds more than 80 billion euros in assets from over one million investors.

The Deposits Integration Operations team acts as the operational gatekeeper and configuration expert, linking Product, Engineering and deposit-taking banks. It is responsible for the end-to-end operational integration of banking partners, ensuring secure, automated and audit-compliant deposit lifecycle management across the marketplace.

What you will do

The working student supports the processing of interest rate change requests from partner banks across all designated platforms and helps create, maintain and technically set up partner bank profiles in the content management system. Further tasks include drafting and maintaining formal deposit documentation so that information given to customers is accurate and compliant, carrying out regular quality assurance testing, data validation and daily monitoring of operational workflows, and executing end-to-end operational updates that are validated, documented and published on time.

Who can apply

Applicants should be enrolled in a university programme, preferably in business, finance, information technology or a related field. An extremely high level of precision is essential for handling interest rate changes and product attributes, and candidates should have a strong technical affinity and be comfortable with software tools such as Jira and Slack. Fluent English and strong communication skills are required. Experience with content management systems or business intelligence tools, knowledge of Jinja2 templating, other European languages such as German, Spanish or Dutch and an understanding of banking products are advantages.

What you get

Benefits include a development budget of 400 euros and one training day per year, flexible working hours, home office, a monthly 25 euro subsidy towards the Deutschlandticket, a monthly subsidy of more than 20 euros towards an Urban Sports Club membership, and snacks, fresh fruit and drinks at the office.
