Stichting De Meerpaal & De Meerpaal Beheer B.V. is offering a human resources internship or graduation project based in Dronten. The organization operates a welfare organization, theater, cinema, and art center, engaging in community activities across Dronten, Biddinghuizen, and Swifterbant. Participants engage in daily HR operations, current HR issues, projects, and policies while discovering how human resources supports good employment practices, personal leadership, talent development, and connection.

Who can apply

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an mbo or hbo educational program focused on human resources, psychology, business administration, or a comparable field, and be looking for a practical internship or graduation track. The organization seeks individuals who are eager to learn, energetic, curious, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with various disciplines. Applicants are expected to be willing to learn, investigate, and contribute, while aligning with the core values of being involved, reliable, and clear.

What you get

The position offers the opportunity to help shape the internship, with assignments tailored to the participant's education, talents, and the organization. Interns participate in HR projects and daily practice, become acquainted with various HR processes, collective labor agreements, and organizational units, and receive both supervision and the autonomy to take on independent responsibility. Participants also explore how human resources contributes to collaboration, leadership, and talent development, with the opportunity to learn, take initiative, and receive a monthly internship allowance of € 450,00 based on a full-time employment arrangement.
