Overview

Mirakl, a marketplace technology company with headquarters in Boston and Paris, is looking for a Sales Excellence Project Intern in Paris. The intern joins the Sales Enablement team, a group of five people in France and the United States that improves sales performance in a predictable and scalable way through certifications, tools and content, helping the sales organisation reach its growth targets. Mirakl has over 750 employees in nine offices and supports more than 450 marketplaces.

The internship offers real responsibilities from the first day alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative, international office.

What you will do

The intern creates and enriches sales training and certification content such as presentations and e-learning modules, and manages the content management system to improve the experience across articles and videos while supporting AI-powered workflows and learning management tools for new hire onboarding. The role also includes analysing qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate tools and certifications, identify skill gaps and track KPIs, contributing to internal communications such as newsletters and emails, and supporting internal events and training programmes including Sales Kick-Offs, bootcamps and webinars.

Who can apply

Candidates should be enrolled at a university or business school at the four- or five-year level. A first experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing or project management is a plus. The team wants strong analytical skills and attention to detail, creativity and autonomy with solid project management, comfort in a fast-paced international setting with cross-functional teams, and genuine interest in AI applications in sales. Fluency in French and English is required, and the work uses Google Workspace and learning and AI tools.

What you get

The internship pays between 1,200 and 1,400 euros per month, with 50 percent reimbursement of public transport costs and meal vouchers.

How to apply

The process begins with a ten-minute AI-powered screening conversation to be completed within three days, followed by an intro call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist and two team interviews, one with the future manager and one with a colleague.
