People Ops Intern

Overview

Taktile is offering an internship position for a People Operations professional to join the team at the Berlin office. The organization empowers financial institutions to transition into AI-native operations by providing an agentic decision platform used by banks and insurance companies.

The selected candidate will work alongside the People team to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing feedback. Responsibilities include coordinating first-day agendas for new hires, maintaining internal databases and the HiBob HRIS platform, preparing administrative documents for internal mobility, managing employee benefits, answering HR inquiries, and building AI tools to streamline human resources workflows.

Requirements

Applicants must possess strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail for maintaining data accuracy. A collaborative attitude is necessary, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with German considered a plus. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn new concepts and tools while challenging the status quo.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, as well as prior familiarity with HR software and tools.
