Overview

Alpineeagle is offering a working student position in Talent Acquisition located in Aschheim, Bavaria. The employer is a deep-tech company working in aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning, with the goal of creating a swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.

Who can apply

Applicants must be enrolled university students in business, psychology, HR, or a related field. Candidates need to have initial hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition. Practical experience with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn is highly preferred, and familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is considered a plus. Applicants must also be fluent in German and English, and an interest in technology-driven environments is required, with prior exposure to tech or defense tech being a plus.

What you get

The working student takes part in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include proactively identifying and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Active Search, drafting, publishing, and optimizing job postings, conducting CV screening, and coordinating interviews while serving as a contact point for candidates. Additional duties involve maintaining candidate data and hiring pipelines in Greenhouse, as well as supporting recruiting-related projects, reporting, and process improvement.
