Orbital is seeking a Senior People Partner to join the team in London, United Kingdom. This opportunity sits within the Europe region and involves working as a full-time employee. The organization operates as an AI platform for real estate legal work, connecting the legal and physical record to make real estate transactions faster, clearer, and less manual.

Who can apply

This role is open to individuals with strong people partnering experience, ideally with a background supporting engineering, product, or technical teams. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of UK employment law to independently handle complex employee relations cases. A background in a tech or legaltech scale-up environment, specifically within Series A to C companies with 50 to 400 employees, is considered a strong asset.

Requirements

Applicants must bring both strategic thinking and hands-on drive to build people solutions from scratch, as well as the ability to thrive in ambiguous and initially reactive environments. The role requires a product manager mindset to diagnose issues before designing solutions, confidence in pushing back on senior stakeholders, and an interest in AI and technology. All staff members must adhere to security policies, complete regular training, handle sensitive data according to ISO 27001 standards, and successfully complete a background screening prior to starting.
