Requirements

The role involves owning pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end for new team members. Responsibilities include handling HR fundamentals, serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee requests, and managing individual situations by shadowing and eventually owning simple cases. The intern will coordinate learning and development training programmes for leads and coaches, measure their real-world impact, and use automation and artificial intelligence tools like Claude and Dust to replace manual tasks. Additional duties include tracking People metrics for reporting, analyzing data insights, and writing user-friendly documentation to support self-service.
