The People Operations Working Student position is a 6-month contract opportunity based in Berlin, Germany, with operations spanning across European markets. The role sits within the People Operations team, which focuses on delivering an exceptional employee experience and driving efficient operations at scale.

Who can apply

Applicants must currently be enrolled in a university degree program, with an interest in HR, finance, and operations. Candidates are required to be available for at least 15 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per week, and must be based in Berlin to work on-site from the head office two to three times per week. Mandatory language requirements include C1+ level proficiency in both written and spoken German and English. Additionally, candidates must possess discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information with high integrity, alongside strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements
