Senior People Tech Specialist (FTC)

Overview

Vinteden is hiring a Senior People Tech Specialist for a fixed-term position lasting approximately two years, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role sits within the People Tech team, which primarily manages the Workday Human Capital Management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the user experience inside the Workday platform through configuration, testing, insights sharing, and end-user support.

Requirements

Applicants must have solid experience with Workday configuration within Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional areas, alongside confidence with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, EIBs, and Custom Organization hierarchies. Candidates need advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, experience in updating and maintaining project plans, high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent spoken and written English communication skills, and the capability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating a strong work ethic.
