Intern Venture Development (w/m/d)

Overview

Enpal aims to put solar systems, batteries and electric vehicle chargers into every home, with an integrated offering that includes solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers, smart meters and heat pumps. Its AI-powered platform, Enpal.One+, connects thousands of energy systems and optimises electricity use and grid feed-in in real time. The company is offering a full-time Venture Development internship in its Tech department in Berlin.

What you will do

The intern designs and implements automations that replace manual processes with scalable workflows, using tools such as Cursor, Snowflake, Airtable, Power BI, Make and n8n. The role includes building autonomous agent-based systems for pricing, market analysis and demand forecasting, independently managing projects from analysis and solution design through implementation with measurable business impact, designing robust data architectures and maintaining clear documentation.

Requirements

Applicants are currently studying business informatics, computer science, data science, machine learning or a related field and have some first experience in automation, data analytics or artificial intelligence. They enjoy working with tools such as Cursor, Airtable, Make, n8n, Power BI, Snowflake or SQL, have a strong analytical mindset, work in a structured and solution-oriented way, and take ownership and drive initiatives independently. Good English is enough, and German is a plus. Applicants who do not meet every requirement are still encouraged to apply.
