Overview

Luminovo GmbH offers a 4 to 6-month GTM Engineering Internship within its Revenue Operations team, based at the Munich headquarters with a hybrid work model. The internship starts between February and April 2027 and includes the opportunity to transition into a full-time role immediately afterward. Interns work closely with the Revenue Operations department, which connects marketing, sales, and customer success, and collaborate directly with team members such as Max Hungenbach, Revenue Operations Team Lead; Danny Bodnar, GTM Engineer; Clifton Lobo, VP Global Sales; Dasha Vyazemskaya, Head of BDR; and George Knight, Demand Generation Manager. During the first two months, interns are expected to be in the office most days to learn the product, team, ideal customer profile, and market basics, after which the role transitions to hybrid flexibility with occasional travel for team retreats and industry events with expenses covered.

Who can apply

Applicants should combine technical thinking with commercial curiosity, possessing a drive to learn quickly, a sharp analytical mind, and the ambition to take on real responsibility. Candidates must be fluent in both German and English. It is an advantage, though not a strict requirement, to have prior experience in GTM engineering, sales operations, or automation. Ideal candidates use AI as more than a search engine, having built their own automations, workflows, or tools, and stand out if they have built something entrepreneurial during their studies such as a side project, student society, or small business.

What you get

Interns gain hands-on experience in go-to-market engineering, run multichannel outbound campaigns end to end, build signal-based lead generation tools, create AI automations, improve account scoring, and own enrichment and imports into HubSpot. Throughout the program, participants learn to utilize modern sales automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Twain, Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, while gaining first-hand insight into how a modern B2B start-up operates with AI-integrated workflows.

Key dates

The internship begins between February and April 2027 and lasts for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
