CTO Founder Associate - internship

Overview

Alan offers a six-month CTO Founder Associate internship based in Paris, France, with an immediate starting date. The position allows interns to support the CTO and Senior Alaners on major business priorities, including unlocking new growth, driving strategic alignment, and building internal and external processes. The role involves working across multiple non-traditional tasks, encompassing technology, artificial intelligence, strategy, product development, corporate governance, brand communication, and growth initiatives.

Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English, as all company communications are in English. The profile requires strong analytical sense and critical thinking, business and product sense, execution and collaboration abilities, versatility, and high organization, time management, and autonomy. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication, a drive to go the extra mile, a growth mindset, high agency, AI fluency with artifacts to show, and a strong conceptual understanding of technical systems.
