Commercial Graduate Trainee
Overview
The Commercial Graduate Trainee program at Flexport is a twelve-month rotational opportunity designed for recent graduates who want to pursue a commercial career. The program consists of four distinct blocks: months one through three focus on sales development as a sales development representative, months four through six involve managing clients as an account manager, months seven through nine focus on closing deals alongside a top salesperson, and months ten through twelve provide an elective in operations, marketing, or customs. Participants receive mentorship with a named one-on-one mentor for each block, a program-wide buddy for the entire year, and build with low-code tools alongside the engineering team. Successful completion of the program leads to a permanent role as an account executive, business development representative, or account manager by month twelve.
