Chief of Staff Intern
Overview
Finary offers a six-month Chief of Staff internship based in Paris, starting in January 2027. The role places you within the CEO Office, where you work side by side with the Chief of Staff and the CEO to manage strategic initiatives, board and investor relations, company operating rituals, and business plan delivery.
Who can apply
Applicants should be in their final year at, or be recent graduates of, a top business or engineering school. Candidates must be fluent in both French and English, have a proven track record of achievement, and possess strong analytical abilities. Prior experience through an initial internship in strategy consulting, followed by startup operations or product work, is considered a bonus, as is being an existing user of Finary.
What you get
This position provides a tier-1 monthly salary ranging from 1800 to 2000 EUR. You will also receive equity and work out of offices located in the heart of Paris.
Requirements
You must be able to own outcomes rather than just tasks, demonstrate extreme rigor with numbers and data, and write concise English suitable for board members. The role requires you to be an AI pioneer, build trust rapidly, maintain discretion, and commit to working onsite in Paris every day.
How to apply
The selection process consists of an application review, a screening call, a case study with a debrief alongside the Chief of Staff and the CEO, and a final culture fit interview.
Key dates
The program begins in January 2027 and lasts for six months.
