For executive support, the officer is the main contact for CEO briefing notes on bilateral meetings, coordinates recommendations for those meetings and prepares briefing materials for public-facing engagements.
Requirements
Applicants should have three to five years of relevant experience in events, communications or marketing, with an understanding of administrative work. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though professional experience may substitute. Experience supporting webinars, stakeholder meetings and in-person events is expected, along with comfort using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office. Experience in carbon markets, climate change or sustainable development, and with ClickUp or Monday.com, is an advantage. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail are required. Candidates need reliable Wi-Fi and a distraction-free workspace, and some travel and light lifting may be needed.
