UNDP Administrative and Logistics Assistant Jobs 2026: NPSA-5 Opportunity
Overview
UNDP is recruiting an Administrative and Logistics Assistant (job identification 36528) under a National Personnel Service Agreement at grade NPSA-5, full-time on a one-year contract that may be extended. The post sits in the Conflict Prevention, Peacebuilding and Responsive Institutions practice area and supports Phase 2 of PROSPER-Bangsamoro within UNDP's Peacebuilding Cluster. The project works on governance, stabilization, resilience and normalization, addressing perceptions of exclusion and grievances and supporting inclusive peace governance, transitional justice, reconciliation and peace dividends.
What you will do
The assistant supports administrative, logistical and procurement systems, processes travel arrangements and cash advances, helps with supplier payments, collects price quotations, keeps project records and filing, supports equipment and property inventories, arranges meetings, workshops and events, coordinates transport and mission travel, monitors equipment and vehicle use, and works with service providers. Procurement and finance support covers planning, requisitions, goods receipts, supplier communication, timely delivery and asset documentation. The assistant may also help organize training and document lessons learned.
Requirements
Applicants need secondary education with five years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years. A degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, logistics, procurement or management is considered but not mandatory. Relevant experience is in administration, logistics, procurement, operations support or project support, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with UN agencies, international organizations, government, development partners or civil society, and with donor-funded projects, is desirable. Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
