Tearfund is recruiting a Global Projects Advisor for its People and Culture team. Tearfund is a Christian international development organisation that works with local churches and communities to end poverty and injustice through humanitarian assistance, development programmes and advocacy. The advisor supports the People and Culture Director and the Senior Management Team by leading global projects, overseeing workforce analytics, coordinating organisational change and strengthening collaboration across international teams.

Requirements

The advisor manages complex global HR and organisational projects from planning to delivery, monitors milestones and gives operational and strategic advice to leadership. They lead change management during transformation, support adoption of new HR technology, and promote good practice in organisational development and workforce planning. They also build corporate dashboards and workforce analytics tools, define KPIs for People and Culture work, write strategic reports and analyse workforce trends, while representing the team in cross-directorate projects and working with partners and professional forums.

Candidates must also be committed to Tearfund's Christian beliefs and values.
