Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

Overview

ecosio is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the team in a remote capacity. Eligible applicants can be based in Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, or Poland. The role involves supporting and developing AWS cloud infrastructure, managing Kubernetes infrastructure and Linux-based EC2 instances, and working alongside developers to optimise CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a background in computer science or engineering, alongside several years of work experience in enterprise web application software development. The position requires professional experience with JavaScript or Typescript, popular frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and relevant work experience with Java 11 or higher and Spring or Spring Boot. Candidates need a solid understanding of software design principles and a good command of written and spoken technical English. Additional nice-to-have qualifications include ongoing or completed education in computer science or engineering and experience with system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Datadog.
