Overview

Deliveroo is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Trust, Safety, Integrity and Fraud Product team based in London, United Kingdom. This role involves joining a team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trusted marketplace experience for consumers, merchants, and couriers. Depending on the specific position within the growing fraud team, the role may involve leading a vertical fraud team focused on a specific user group or a horizontal fraud platform team working on risk engines, data signals intelligence, automation, and compliance efforts.

Who can apply

Applicants must have at least five years of product management experience, including a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from strategy through execution in ambiguous areas. Candidates need demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-heavy products, along with background or a strong interest in technology, fraud, privacy, security, data governance, trust and safety, or risk. Additional requirements include fluency in modern AI product development, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to translate ambiguous policy or regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Requirements

The role requires establishing product vision and long-term strategy, building AI-led fraud operations platforms, and preventing fraud and abuse using AI systems in real time. The person selected will develop customer-focused roadmaps, collaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams, build long-term monitoring and instrumentation capabilities, and partner with finance and business leaders to manage profitability and establish success metrics.
