Overview

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities using advanced technology, autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking systems powered by Lattice OS. The organization is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA to own the build-out of talent acquisition capabilities across the EMEA region. This role serves as a key member of the TA Leadership team, focusing on geo-specific scaling and acting as the connective tissue across multiple divisions that are simultaneously expanding into the same countries and talent pools within the region.

Requirements

Applicants must have 10 or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including demonstrated success in building or scaling EMEA hiring specifically. Candidates are required to have a deep understanding of EMEA labor markets, employment law, works councils, and compliance considerations across key countries in the region, alongside proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end regional talent acquisition strategies. The role demands a demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a matrixed structure, a strong track record of driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication and influencing skills. Preferred qualifications include experience partnering with or building out in-country resources, building regional operating models, transitioning from a U.S.-led to a localized and globally scalable talent acquisition model, working in defense, aerospace, or hardware and software-intensive industries, and possessing a background in BizOps, program management, or business strategy.
