Overview

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join its Consumer Products and Retail Transformation practice in London, United Kingdom. This is a broad transformation leadership role focused on helping clients across the consumer products and retail sectors deliver complex, business-critical transformation programmes from initial design through to implementation.

Requirements

Candidates must have significant experience working within a recognised consulting organisation at a Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent level, with a strong background in leading complex transformation engagements for consumer products or retail clients. Individuals may have built their careers entirely within consulting or combined consulting with relevant industry experience. Necessary expertise includes supply chain transformation, sales and operations planning, demand or supply planning, integrated business planning, forecasting and planning transformation, ERP-enabled business transformation, and operating model design and implementation. Applicants must also possess a strong understanding of how business processes, operating models, data, technology, organisation design, and change management integrate within successful transformations, alongside proven abilities in leading multidisciplinary consulting teams, managing complex accounts, and engaging senior stakeholders.
