Skdse offers a position as a Senior Manager of Strategic Projects to work directly with the Director of Strategic Projects and VP of Stark. The role involves driving key strategic initiatives, high-impact operational engagements, and business performance approaches across Europe. The organization focuses on developing AI-driven technology, autonomous defence platforms, and advanced software for NATO Allies and partners.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, alongside strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Candidates need to demonstrate a strong execution focus as individual contributors, high attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to independently structure ambiguous tasks into actionable steps. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Individuals must be based in or willing to relocate to Kyiv, Ukraine, and be willing to travel as needed. Due to the nature of the defense sector work, candidates must also be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance. Prior exposure to defense technologies, aerospace manufacturing, or hardware production programs is considered a nice-to-have qualification.
